Deepan Singh is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, and the Vice-Chair of Ambulatory Psychiatry Services at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City. He serves on the scientific review boards for Prader-Willi Syndrome Association, USA, and the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.

Dr Duang currently works at Dpt. Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. Her research interests are clinical and molecular aspects of rare genetic syndromes, and inborn metabolic disorders. Dr. Duang is a co-founder of the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association of Thailand (2003) and Thai Rare Disease Foundation (ThaiRDF, in 2016).
